BCLO VISION STATEMENT
Our vision is a spiritually focused, Christ-directed, and
innovative African Methodist Episcopal Church in which the
BCLO plays an integral role in the ministries of the
Baltimore Conference to promote holistic leadership in
guiding the people to the Abundant Life.
BCLO MISSION STATEMENT
The BCLO is the premier source for advancing lay ministries
by developing and training lay servant leaders; transforming

The BCLO's overarching intent is to transition the
Conference Lay Organization and its constitution membership
from a primarily teaching and training organization to a
high impact, action-oriented, and evangelistic
ministry based on Christian principles.
